Thomas Martin was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin and has lifelong ties to Door County and Egg Harbor.
Thomas attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Upon Graduation Thomas found his passion in Commercial Real Estate by working for Cushman and Wakefield. Thomas then earned a MBA in marketing and finance University of Minnesota. In 1997, Thomas started Martin Development and developed and sold over $50 million dollars in commercial real estate. For 20 years Thomas served as President and Managing Broker at Martin Development. Thomas was also a Commercial Sales Representative for Newmark Grubb Pfefferle for 7 years. At Newmark Grubb Pfefferle, Thomas represented buyers and sellers in the sale or lease of commercial properties. Thomas has an extensive background in facility transactions acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers. Thomas has extensive knowledge of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate market throughout Wisconsin. Thomas is also a board member of the Green Bay Children’s museum. Thomas lives in Green Bay with his wife and has two children and enjoys spending time Golfing, Hunting and Skiing.
